We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager with a proven track record in real estate. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset, strong social media strategy skills, and a deep understanding of current trends in the digital space.

Preffered Qualifications:

Creative Ideation: Think outside the box and develop innovative ideas to engage our audience and tell compelling stories.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Platform Management: Manage all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Content Creation: Create a variety of content formats, including reels, videos, short-form and long-form content, as well as engaging captions and visuals.
Content Strategy: Craft content strategies and calendars to ensure a consistent and cohesive presence across all platforms.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with relevant social media trends and conversations to inform content strategy and engagement tactics.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community across all platforms, fostering relationships and driving meaningful interactions.
Metrics Analysis: Analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
