We’re seeking a talented and passionate Marketing Executive to collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate marketing and possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a creative mindset.

Requirements:

Real Estate Experience: Demonstrated experience in real estate marketing is essential for this role.
Marketing Background: Strong background in marketing with a focus on strategy development and execution.
Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all marketing materials.
Passion for Innovation: A creative mindset with a passion for exploring new ideas and approaches in marketing.

Preffered Qualifications:

Identify Target Audiences: Conduct market research to identify target demographics and key market segments for our marketing campaigns.
Develop Marketing Strategy: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that drive engagement and achieve desired outcomes.
Content Development: Create compelling content for marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
Evaluate Success: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
B2C Expertise: Leverage strong B2C experience to connect with our target audience and drive meaningful engagement.
Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends and industry developments to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
